Barley Swine moved to a tasting menu last year, but they are bringing back the opportunity to order some items a la carte. Beginning Monday, Bryce Gilmore’s farm-to-table restaurant will serve drinks and snacks as part of its happy hour from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Some of the snacks from the rotating selection will come from the tasting menu, and there will be beer (draft and large format) and wine specials. Initial snacks include “Fish In Chips” ($5), smoked pork custard and porchetta di testa ($6), grilled pork ribs ($7), and a foie gras doughnut ($7). You can sit at the bar or a communal table, and no reservations are required.
