One of Austin’s best restaurants is broadening its reach. Bufalina Due, the second iteration of Steven Dilley’s wildly popular East Austin pizza-centric restaurant will add lunch service starting this weekend. The restaurant will open for lunch at 11 a.m. Saturday and be open for lunch going forward from Wednesday to Sunday. Pizza will still be the focus, but the menu will also include a small selection of salads and Italian-inspired sandwiches, like a classic Italian and meatball subs. With the announcement of the new hours, Dilley also said that he is looking to add lunch to the location at 1519 E. Cesar Chavez St. early next year.
